All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. Please allow the timeframes below, which begin once your order is confirmed.

Processing time
Ready pieces are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Bespoke or commissioned pieces have a longer lead time, which will be confirmed with you directly at the time of order.

UAE delivery
Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs and import duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the courier or local authorities on delivery.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
