Each piece sold on this site is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork. Because no two pieces are alike, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind once an order is placed.

Damaged or defective on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +971 50 146 7665 with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. Since each piece is unique, a damaged item cannot be replaced with an identical one. Once the damage is confirmed, you will be offered a full refund to your original payment method.

Commissioned and bespoke pieces
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, except in the case of transit damage as described above.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you are entitled to under UAE consumer protection law.
